Hotel is in centar of the city close to 3 metro stations, very clean, with great staff and it is not so loud

The automatic check-in made settling in easy. Loved the stylish room and the quick access to sights like the Royal Palace.

Great proximity to major pedestrian thoroughfare in Madrid. Quiet neighborhood but near main sites.

Rooms could use updating. Hotel staff perfunctory but not overly engaging.

Automatic check-in convenience, central accessibility to attractions, spacious room design

The noise pollution from the bustling streets makes it hard to enjoy a peaceful stay!!! The unpleasant odors in the bathroom were quite off-putting, detracting from the overall experience.

Finally someone who speaks good english in madrid. Staff was excellent, very helpful. Good location near the callao metro station. Room was spacious and very clean. Very good breakfast, nice lounge music in the reception and...
